Grapes Variety: Best Glera grapes (formerly known as Prosecco) from the Valdobbiadene Region.Description: the winemaking method is grape fermentation off the skin under soft pressure. The second fermentation (or spumantizzazione) is in the autoclave under controlled temperature with the Charmat method. This method was developed and improved in the Valdobbiadene Region, where the best Italian Sparkling wines are produced. The colour is straw yellow with green highlights. It has an elegant, intense and harmonious bouquet with aromas of white fruits and grape blossom.
